Those wishing to stay longer, so as to have
more time to visit the city, please feel free to ask, even if it is not for
the entire team.
Dates of the tournament: Friday 16th and Saturday 17th July
2010, officially from 10 am to 6 pm, playing on three adjacent fields, each team will play 6 matches over the 2 days.
Total number of players: no limit on squad size
Total number of substitutions per game: no limit
Details of the draw will depend on the number of teams participating
and will be sent by May at the latest. Overall we hope to have 16 teams,
making up 4 legs of 4 teams each. We will take teams up to that number.
Play will be on artificial grass, with dressing rooms and showers.
As regards the exact regulations governing the Tournament,
(such as specific football rules, the running of the tournament, knock-out phases,
length of games, exact start times etc.) please be patient with us! We will
have these prepared as soon as we know the exact number of teams participating.
Any team may register, independent of type, category or age
(apart from small children, in your judgement). We also welcome registration
by teams of female players of the beautiful game.
There are no restrictions on the experience or age of the teams
(although not intended for very young children) and that includes the possibility
of girls’ teams!
Any persons attending but not playing in the games (friends, wives,
lovers, relatives etc.) will only be charged accommodation costs.
Food and drink are available at the playing-fields both indoors
and al fresco, with beer and other beverages, German sausages, spicy sausages,
and fried cheese at excellent prices (a half litre of Czech beer around 1 Euro!)
Referees will be semi-pro.
Commemorative Prizes will be awarded to all teams, and special
awards will given for the Best Goal-keeper, Best Player, and the Best Scorer
The first 3 teams will recive a football ball
The winner team will have a discount of 50% of registration
fee in case it will take part of the Torneo del Biondo 2011
There will be a doctor in attendance at the games at all times.
Cost of registration: 400 Euro/team, max 10 players, each player
more 30 euro.
Cost of accommodation: between 60 and 100 Euro in total per
person for a stay of 3 nights, depending on the exact nature of the accommodation
required: apartments, hotel or residence in the historical centre.
The total charge will include: welcome at your arrival in Prague,
registration in the Tournament, Accommodation as requested, public transport’s
ticket to reach the fields*, a city map°, “Foglio Notizie” (a
brochure with all necessary information on Prague)°, a unique commemorative
Tournament T-Shirt*, an album of the Tournament (with the fotos of all players
and teams, and all the results)^, 24-hour assistance in case of difficulties.
