Tourism - How we do it
Our experiences in the area of tourism led us to believe that we can offer something very simple in this complex field.

Basically by following the guidelines given below, which, in
our opinion, can help to achieve very satisfactory results.

the Client and the service desired whenever possible (for example the
long chain between Tourist/Travel Agent/Tour Operator/Support on site/Service).
- Personalizing the service, in as much as possible, so that the visitor is not obliged to pick options they don’t want, while admitting the limits of what we can offer and describing it instead exactly as it will be.

continue throughout the tour and dealing with any possible difficulties

We meet at an agreed point, such as the main railway station, bus station or an agreed metro station, somewhere easily reachable by car, or where you will be staying, if you are able to/are lucky enough to find the street!
Once we have checked that everything is to your satisfaction, we can discuss in more detail what you would like to see and do. We will provide you with a street plan so you can find your way around better.
You will receive our personal “Infosheet”, a small but very useful Vademecum, in which we include advice, addresses and information, which will help you to avoid the little tricks and pitfalls that are typical of any tourist town, such as where to eat well without paying over the odds, where to buy without being ripped off, where to change cash at the official rate, where to find the most worthwhile places to visit without losing time looking for where to go, plus the latest info re exhibitions etc...
We are also available by telephone 24/7 to help you with any possible problems you may encounter, big or small.
